hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Lina Snara".
1.3. The Buyer is a natural or legal person purchasing goods through the online store. The provisions of these Terms regulating consumer rights apply to natural persons entering into a contract for purposes unrelated to their trade, business or profession.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1.5. The Seller may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in applicable laws, the operation of the online store, the services offered or other justified reasons. Each order is governed by the version of the Terms that was in effect at the time the order was placed.
1.6. These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy published in the online store.
2. Products and Product Information
2.1. The essential characteristics, materials, dimensions, price and other relevant information relating to each product are provided on the respective product page.
2.2. Lina Snara products may contain natural materials, including Baltic amber and natural stones. Due to their natural origin, their shade, transparency, texture, inclusions, pattern or other visual characteristics may vary slightly from the product shown in photographs. Such natural variations shall not in themselves be considered a product defect.
2.3. Handmade or individually produced items may also have minor variations resulting from the nature of their production, provided that such variations do not affect their quality or intended use.
2.4. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to display product colours and other characteristics as accurately as possible; however, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on the Buyer's screen, device settings or lighting conditions.
2.5. Nothing in this section limits the Buyer's statutory rights where a product does not conform to the contract or to the description provided.
3. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. The Buyer selects products in the online store, adds them to the shopping cart, provides the information required to fulfil the order, selects the delivery and payment methods and confirms the order.
3.2. Before placing the order, the Buyer has the opportunity to review the selected products, their quantities, prices, delivery information and other order details and to correct any errors.
3.3. By submitting the final order, the Buyer acknowledges that the order creates an obligation to pay the total price indicated.
3.4. The purchase and sale contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives the Buyer's order and an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
3.5. The Seller may contact the Buyer if additional information is required to fulfil the order or if the specifications of an individually produced item need to be clarified.
3.6. If an ordered product cannot be supplied due to a technical error, stock discrepancy or other objective reason, the Seller will inform the Buyer as soon as reasonably possible and, where the product has already been paid for, refund the amount paid.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include VAT.
4.2. The total amount of the order, including the price of the products, delivery charges and any other applicable fees, is displayed to the Buyer before the final confirmation of the order.
4.3. The payment methods currently available are displayed during checkout.
4.4. Third-party payment service providers may be used to process payments. Payment information is processed in accordance with the applicable terms and privacy and data protection practices of the relevant service provider and the Seller.
4.5. If an order is shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or other charges may be imposed in the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying such charges.
5. Product Availability
5.1. Product availability may change. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not in itself reserve that product.
5.2. Certain products may be produced or customised only after an order has been received. In such cases, a longer preparation or production period may be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
5.3. The Seller may impose quantity limits on certain products where justified by available stock, production capacity or the need to prevent misuse.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. Goods are delivered to the countries and territories indicated in the online store using the delivery methods made available to the Buyer during checkout.
6.2. Information regarding order preparation, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, delivery charges and shipment tracking is provided in the Shipping Policy and, where relevant, during checkout.
6.3. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
6.4. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer, actions of the Buyer or circumstances reasonably beyond the Seller's control. This provision does not limit any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
6.5. If the shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, the Buyer should, where reasonably possible, document the condition of the packaging and inform the Seller as soon as possible. Failure to document damage to the packaging does not in itself result in the loss of the Buyer's rights in relation to defective or damaged goods.
7. Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract
7.1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase and sale contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except in cases where an exception established by applicable law applies.
7.2. The procedure and time limits for returning products, the return address, allocation of return shipping costs and the refund procedure are set out in detail in the Return and Refund Policy.
7.3. The right of withdrawal may not apply, among other cases, to:
- goods made according to the Buyer's individual specifications or clearly personalised for the Buyer;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, where such an exception applies to the specific product;
- other cases specified by applicable law.
7.4. The selection of an individual size from the Seller's standard range of available sizes does not in itself necessarily mean that the product has been individually manufactured or that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
7.5. The exceptions referred to in this section do not affect the consumer's rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the contract.
8. Product Quality and Legal Guarantee
8.1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods delivered to the Buyer conform to the purchase and sale contract and meet the quality requirements established by applicable law.
8.2. Consumers are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity for a period of no less than two years from the date of delivery of the goods, as provided by applicable law.
8.3. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the consumer is entitled to exercise the remedies provided by applicable law, including, where applicable, repair or replacement of the product, a reduction in price, or termination of the contract and a refund.
8.4. Any commercial guarantee offered additionally for a particular product does not replace, remove or restrict the consumer's rights under the statutory legal guarantee.
8.5. The legal guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper use, mechanical damage, improper care, normal wear and tear or other causes unrelated to the Seller, provided that the defect is not related to a lack of conformity that existed at the time the goods were delivered.
9. Custom Orders and Personalisation
9.1. Where the Buyer orders a product according to individual specifications, the Buyer may be required to provide additional information, such as the desired size, engraving text, material selection or other parameters necessary for production.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for an individual order. Before confirming the order, the Buyer must check the submitted sizes, texts and other personalisation details.
9.3. The right to withdraw from a distance contract may not apply to clearly personalised goods or goods made according to the Buyer's individual specifications, as provided by applicable law and Section 7 of these Terms.
9.4. This exception does not limit the Buyer's rights where an individually produced product is defective or does not conform to the specifications agreed with the Seller.
10. Promotions, Discounts and Gift Codes
10.1. Temporary promotions, discount codes, special offers or other sales promotion measures may be offered in the online store.
10.2. Additional conditions may apply to a specific promotion and will be published together with the relevant offer.
10.3. Unless otherwise stated, multiple discount codes or promotional offers cannot be combined.
10.4. The Seller may refuse to apply a discount where there is an obvious technical error, misuse or use of the discount in violation of the published conditions.
11. Personal Data Protection
11.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws and the Privacy Policy published in the online store.
11.2. Personal data necessary to fulfil an order is processed for the purposes of entering into and performing the purchase and sale contract, administering payments, delivering goods, processing returns, providing customer service and complying with the Seller's legal obligations.
11.3. Acceptance of these Terms does not in itself constitute the Buyer's consent to receive direct marketing communications.
11.4. Direct marketing is carried out only where and to the extent that an appropriate legal basis exists. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. Texts, photographs, designs, logos, trademarks, graphic elements and other content presented in the online store are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2. Without the prior permission of the Seller or the relevant rights holder, such content may not be copied, distributed, modified, used for commercial purposes or otherwise used in violation of intellectual property rights, except where permitted by applicable law.
13. Use of the Online Store
13.1. The Buyer undertakes to use the online store lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, security or availability.
13.2. The online store may not be used for fraud, unlawful activities, automated data collection in violation of applicable laws or any other unlawful purpose.
13.3. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller may restrict access to the online store for a person who intentionally violates these Terms, compromises the security of the online store or violates applicable laws.
14. Liability
14.1. The Seller is liable for failure to perform or improper performance of its obligations in accordance with applicable law.
14.2. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as excluding or limiting any rights granted to consumers under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
14.3. The Seller shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances that the Seller could not reasonably control or avoid, to the extent that such limitation of liability is permitted by applicable law.
15. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
15.1. If the Buyer has any questions or complaints or believes that their rights have been infringed, the Buyer should first contact the Seller in writing by email at info@linasnara.com and provide the order number, details of the issue and the desired resolution.
15.2. The Seller will examine a consumer's written complaint free of charge and provide a detailed and reasoned written response no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
15.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with the Seller, the consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of the Republic of Lithuania (VVTAT) or use the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).

16. Applicable Law
16.1. These Terms and contracts concluded under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
16.2. If the Buyer is a consumer residing in another European Union or European Economic Area country, this provision does not deprive the Buyer of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer's country of residence where such laws apply.
17. Final Provisions
17.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not in itself affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
